About Relay

Relay exists because families plan around guesses. A parent might have $3 million across twelve accounts, a will drafted seven years ago, and two adult children who have no idea what will transfer to them, when, or from where.

The information already exists. Every brokerage and bank account has a real-time balance. Every beneficiary designation is on file. But this information is locked inside institutions that have no incentive to surface it to the people who need it most.

Relay connects to those accounts, verifies the balances, and shows each family member exactly what pertains to them. Parents see everything. Children see only their share. The numbers are facts, not forecasts.

We do not give financial advice. We do not forecast returns. We do not hold custody of any assets. We verify and display. That is the entire product.

Why we built this

Relay started after watching families navigate inheritance with incomplete information. Account-level APIs exist. Modern consent rails can give parents control over what children see. The uncertainty can be eliminated entirely. Relay is the result.
